Cyber Leader Course (CLC) Training
Cyber Leader Course (CLC) Training Course Description
The Applied Technology Institute (ATI) is pleased to announce a Cyber Leader Course. This two-day course familiarizes leaders with the processes, techniques, and terminology used by cyber professionals to explain, discover, and prevent threats to enterprise networks and sensitive business information. To gain hands-on insights, students in this class take on the role of a sophisticated hacker and learn to attack a private company in a lab environment using real techniques and easily accessible tools. The exercises in this course are designed to teach managers to make better decisions in order to protect their organization’s critical information. Students will leave the class with in-depth knowledge of the current cyber environment, modern exploitation techniques, and the technical terminology used by security professionals.
• To gain in-depth and hands-on insights, you will take on the role of a sophisticated threat and learn to attack a company in our lab environment using real techniques and easily accessible tools. In this class you will use real exploits against simulated targets. For example, you will perform spear-phishing attacks against email addresses found in your scenario. Our remote target computers will check their email and open your exploit attachments and links sent.
• All exploits are performed in a realistic network with routing, public IP addresses and domain names. But don’t worry! Our network is safely sandboxed to prevent any accidents. A secure environment is provided where you can learn and practice new skills without worrying about inadvertently crashing the Internet.
• The exercises in this course are designed to enable you to make better decisions in order to protect your organization’s critical information. You will leave the class with knowledge about the current cyber environment, modern exploitation techniques, and an understanding of cyber terminology used by security-minded professionals.
With onsite Training, courses can be scheduled on a date that is convenient for you, and because they can be scheduled at your location, you don’t incur travel costs and students won’t be away from home. Onsite classes can also be tailored to meet your needs. You might shorten a 5-day class into a 3-day class, or combine portions of several related courses into a single course, or have the instructor vary the emphasis of topics depending on your staff’s and site’s requirements.
