Unmanned Aircraft System Fundamentals Training
Unmanned Aircraft System Fundamentals TrainingCourse Description
This is a two-day Unmanned Aircraft System Fundamentals Training in which students will receive an overview in unmanned aircraft systems covering the basics through complex systems of UAS. Learn the many applications and uses of UAS in the defense and commercial sectors. Students receive up to date information on the changing landscapes of UAS from military to civilian operations. Learn about military systems (Predator, Shadow, Puma and more) and how civilians are using drones (agriculture, mapping, photography, inspection, and research) in the unmanned systems industry. Learn about the software that civilians use for mapping, learn how to use mission planner to create missions, logbooks, and documentation and which regulations are applicable.
• Survey of Unmanned Aircraft Systems
• Major Manufacturers Civilian and Defense
• Latest Technologies Including Swarm and Traffic Management
• Types of Applications and Uses of Aerial Vehicles
• Regulatory Issues in the National Airspace System
• Daily Operations Including Maintenance, Application and Usability
• Systems, Components and Advanced Manufacturing
With onsite Training, courses can be scheduled on a date that is convenient for you, and because they can be scheduled at your location, you don’t incur travel costs and students won’t be away from home. Onsite classes can also be tailored to meet your needs. You might shorten a 5-day class into a 3-day class, or combine portions of several related courses into a single course, or have the instructor vary the emphasis of topics depending on your staff’s and site’s requirements.
